The Big Sunday Lunch
The 10th Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit, organized by Rosario Scarpato (The-I-Factor), will be the scene of numerous special events. One of these will offer customers and those working in the field the opportunity to spend a whole Sunday fully immersed in Italy’s unique gastronomic culture.
The big day is scheduled for 11 November at the Aroma Restaurant in Beijing, and will kick off with a Pizza Competition on the terrace, where the bravura of resident pizza chefs will be judged by the public. Local pizza-makers will also have the opportunity to measure themselves against colleagues from the Itchefs-Gvci network currently working in countries all over the world.
Still inebriated by the fragrance of the pizza, the day will continue with a very special brunch during which 5 starred chefs will be engaged in the preparation of a series of traditional dishes offered on a not-to-be missed tasting menu.
The participating chefs, direct from Italy, are :Vincenzo Candiano **, Pietro Zito, * Augusto Valzelli *, Alfonso Caputo **, and Paolo Gramaglia *.
The Pizza Competition is scheduled from 10 to 12, followed by Brunch until 4pm.
