The approaching Summit

The tenth edition of the Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit is just around the corner.
On November 6th, a grand Opening Gala will officially open the Summit in Hong Kong, where it debuted back in 2009; it will then move on, in rapid succession to the cities of Beijing, Shanghai and finally Dubai, closing on November 24th.

Kicking off the festivities in the city, just before the big event, will be two preview dinners at the renowned Spiga restaurant, where resident chef Enrico Maritan will host two-star chef Enrico Bartolini, entrepreneur and chef of successful restaurants, with numerous premises to his credit.

The Gala will be held in the splendid setting of the Kerry Hotel, where 20 great Italian chefs, some coming directly from Italy, others resident in Hong Kong, will prepare a truly “stellar” meal and unforgettable dining experience.

Master classes, multi-hand dinners, workshops, and original food and wine pairings, are just a few of the events that Rosario Scarpato’s (The-I-Factor) organization has planned in order to offer an audience of gourmands from all over the world the very best of Italian cuisine and wine.

Some of these events will be included in Week 3 of “Italian Cuisine in the World”.
