Italian Cuisine and Chinese Wines
The Summit is the perfect opportunity and occasion for organizing unique events, experiments that may at times seem rather bold and daring, but serve to compare different cultures and traditional cuisines and, in doing so, contribute to the momentum of a trend.
During the Beijing stage of the10th edition of the Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit, a special dinner has been planned that will showcase the talents of two extraordinary interpreters of Italian cooking: Michelin-star chefs Rosanna Marziale and Patrizia Di Benedetto, who will be in the kitchen preparing a typically Italian menu especially designed for pairing with Chinese wines.
An original formula, invented by Summit organizer Rosario Scarpato (The-I-Factor) which, if replicated, will allow for Italian cuisine to be more effectively diffused throughout China when matched with local wines. Wines that may not be familiar to Europeans, but that are nevertheless interesting and appreciated by a vast and increasingly knowledgeable public.
This premiere event will also serve as invitation to millions of curious consumers to discover the amazing world of Made in Italy wines.
