CHINESE CUISINES MEET ITALIAN WINES: THE PROGRAM IN FULL SWING IN 2019

After the launch in Beijing, at Hilton hotel Wangfujing, the program “Chinese Cuisines meet Italian Wines” is in full swing for 2019. The first edition of the printed Guide, in Chinese and English, is available (PURCHASE HERE) and contains 80 recipes of traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine, prepared by Chinese cooks of new generation, paired with 80 Italian wines.
Promoted by the Italian Wines World Summit, produced by The I Factor (Hong Kong – Dubai), in collaboration with AIS – Club China (Associazione Italiana Sommelier – Italian Sommeliers Association), Star Gourmet Communication and Chinese Culinary institute of Hong Kong, under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in China and ITA – Italian Trade Agency of Beijing, the program is now progressing.
An updated online guide will be soon available (ChineseCuisines-itWines.com) and the second printed annual Guidebook will be launched in June 2019. The presentation will be followed by a roadshow of tastings and seminars in restaurants, events and during F&B fairs, in China, Hong Kong and Italy. “This initiative is the first structured attempt to open new revolutionary marketing opportunities to the Italian wines and wineries, pairing them with the creations of y talented Chinese chefs, who work in contemporary restaurants”, says Rosario Scarpato, director of the Summit and founder of the Program.
